- As a Senior Executive Client Servicing professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their business objectives, developing tailored strategies, and overseeing the execution of campaigns to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand clients" business goals, objectives, and target audiences. Proactively identify client needs and provide strategic solutions. Manage client expectations and address concerns effectively. Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy) to develop comprehensive campaign plans. Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deadlines. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years in an agency environment. Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
