Company Description Adya Dairy Products Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between The Shalimar Group and The Chokhany Group, is an integrated dairy company capable of handling over 3,00,000 litres of milk per day. The dairy collects fresh milk through VLCC and BMC from villages in Bengal and processes it at the plant in Howrah district. Adya Dairy offers a diverse product portfolio including milk, paneer, dahi, doi, ghee, lassi, skimmed milk powder, and butter. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Operator (Trainee) located in west bengal. The trainee will be responsible for operating refrigeration equipment, monitoring and maintaining temperature controls, and assisting in the refrigeration process under supervision. They will also ensure proper storage of dairy products and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Experience with refrigeration equipment or HVAC systems Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision Physical stamina to work in a refrigerated environment Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow in the dairy industry High school diploma or equivalent,
