1.Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
2.Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel and emails.
3.Preparation and maintenance of labour documents as per legal requirements in soft copy and hard copy as per the client and company requirement.
4.Maintaining of staff attendance and their salary MIS-reports.
5.Maintenance of staff accommodation and labour accommodation in all aspects.
6.Managing the procurement and purchase orders and the payment process to the vendors.
7.Handling the day to day activities on office and the day to day attendance.
Vendor management, handling the bio-metric access
8.Purchase of office stationary & beverages on a need basis
9.Assist and co-operate the accounts department for financial operations.
