    We are currently seeking a trustworthy, energetic, and responsible female candidate to join our team as a Personal Secretary. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our business's day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee and manage all office activities, ensuring efficiency and organization. Personal Secretary Duties: Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including agenda preparation, document distribution Coordinate personal and professional appointments for the Director. Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews. Team Management: Oversee and support various teams within the organization to ensure effective collaboration. Communication: Manage all official communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties to support business operations.
