Provide end-to-end customer support, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Guide users on software functionalities, integrations, and best practices. Document customer feedback and recurring issues to improve product and service quality. Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer support or software product demonstration. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred). Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner. Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk software is a plus. Basic understanding of SaaS products, cloud platforms, or enterprise software is preferred.
