- Branch Head ( Doctors only) Job Description in detail : A branch manager/head is in charge of overseeing and coordinating all operations for a branch. They are directly responsible for hiring staff, onboarding and training new staff members, and developing goals to maintain sales performance. 1. Manage Branch Sales & Network: a. Hospital Association & Association with clinics either as Channel or Referral Partner, Individual Sales, converting company lead or self lead into Franchise Partner for developing Experience / Wellness Centre across India and generating revenue. b. Develop lead generation and forecast financial objectives and business plans. c. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company. d. Achieving branch targets. 2. Administration & Operations: a. Maintain & supervise entire branch operations. b. Rules Regulations & Decorum of the branch to be maintained. 3. Customer Service: Address customer satisfaction issues promptly. b. Provide after-sales service. 4. Training & Coaching: a. Build the team and delegate the right job by understanding their capabilities & strengths/quality. b. Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training & coaching as & when needed. c. For best results amongst the team, its development must keep their spirit & motivation at peak. 5. Branch Budget: Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
