Job Description
- Salesforce Solution Architect Experience : 13 + Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from office Responsibilities Validate and map Business Requirements into Technical Solution Concepts and Designs, Unit testing, Writing documentation Undertake solution design throughout the project lifecycle Work with the internal stakeholders to establish and maintain a productive relationship Producing high-quality, properly functioning deliverables on time and on budget Providing technical guidance to team members Performing design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions Working with UI/UX & Dev teams to translate wire-frames and comps into interactive HTML/CSS/JavaScript Acting as solution design authority throughout the complete Solution Delivery Lifecycle, Creating designs as required Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions Advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions Pro-actively engage with Business and IT to ensure solutions enable the required business functionality / capabilities, comply with standards and policies, re-use existing functionality and address operational stability requirements Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders Defining the Corporate Business Systems applications roadmap providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions Provide technical advice to projects during the analysis and design phases Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain a productive relationship by articulating the solution design benefits, constraints of the implementation environment and rationale for the solution design Contributing to the transition from current to target state meet short- and long-term business goals Requirements / Specifications 8+ years Experience in CRM Technologies like Siebal/ Oracle SCM/Salesforce/Salesforce CPQ or any custom application with min 2 implementations. Strong Techno Functional Experience Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills Experience working in Manufacturing ,Hi- Tech Industries or Healthcare Industries Demonstrated experience to work with multiple stakeholders and present the information that will allow them to make design related decisions. Excellent analytical skills Knack for finding creative solutions Solid understanding of IT topics Keen attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ref:hirist.tech),
