Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Project Manager(Commercial) located in Bengaluru. Commercial Management Lead the commercial strategy and financial management of the construction project Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flows, and cost forecasts Monitor and report on project financial performance. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities Contract Administration Administer and manage all aspects of the construction contract and subcontracts Maintain contract documentation and correspondence Prepare contract status reports and updates Building excellent rapport with Local Govt bodies and ensure all statutory requirements are in place for smooth execution of Project Healthcare-Specific Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific contractual requirements and regulations Manage contracts related to specialized medical equipment installation Coordinate with healthcare stakeholders on commercial aspects of medical facility requirements Involvement & support to procurement team on commercial matters. Required Qualifications: Civil engineers back ground with MBA / PG diploma in business management with minimum 10 years experience in contract management and Quantity survey services in reputed PMC organisations can also be considered.
