Qualification- Graduate / Post Graduate

About the job

• Verifying and Processing of Sales Order
• Preparation of PO
• Preparation of PI
• Preparation of Invoices
• Convert PI to Tax invoice
• Payment voucher preparation
• Updated GP sheet on a regular basis
• Update Sales Order on a regular basis
• Update Credit Note (if any)
• Update Invoice Listing with Costing
• Prepare E-way Bills
• Monthly Debtors Balance confirmation and reconciliation
• Debtors' TDS reconciliation and follow-up on a quarterly basis
• To follow up on customer payments and ensure no overdue payment
• Provide support to the Sales team for their special requirement Like Invoice dispatch or upload on portal
• Sales Order Master Creation and Updation
• Updation Of Stock in tally
• Update incoming fund
• Timely prepare TDS working and Quarterly returns
• TDS certificate download and share with vendors/Suppliers
• Tally data entry
