Job Description:

• Monitor daily operations in the agency and ensure employees complete their duties successfully
• Establish and maintain client relationships through regular communication
• Ensure all agents and other employees adhere to state and federal guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Organize and schedule employee shifts, vacations, and sick days to ensure the agency runs smoothly at all times
• Interview prospective candidates for job openings and conduct background checks
• Evaluate employee performance regularly to determine if they are meeting goals
• Manage administrative and financial duties, such as overseeing budgets, maintaining reports, and planning events
• Handle the agencys financial resources by tracking expenditures, generating reports on revenue, managing cash flow, etc
• Create and implement strategic plans for the agency based on current industry trends and client requirements
• Set agency goals, encourage progress, and implement operations improvements
• Recruit and train new agents
