Responsibilities:
- 0-2+ years managing full-cycle sales recruiting
- Partnering directly with stakeholders and other senior leadership to create hiring strategy
- Generate high-quality candidate pipelines for multiple roles across different teams in parallel
- Must be a self-starter who doesn't back down from a hard-to-fill role. We- ll always be there with you to help you tackle these roles together!
- Deep care for diversity, equity, & inclusion
- Clear organization and structured approach to manage separate hiring processes
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication
- High sense of urgency and excellent time management abilities
Enablers to succeed in the role
- Prior experience hiring sales roles
- Drive and developing strategies to find or attract top tier talent
- Proven success leading the design and implementation of process change
- Expertise in multiple areas of recruiting (e.g. sourcing, ops & data, compensation/offers, etc.) to be able to mentor other recruiters
- Prior experience working in a high growth tech company or ability to navigate an ambiguous environment
- Experience negotiating complex compensation packages
- Passion for creating an amazing candidate experience.
