We are looking for a C++/C# Team Leader to join our team. Want to be a part of us Day to day Responsibilities: Manage a team of developers, working closely with the global development teams Work with global interfaces within Cognyte: Architect, Product, Project Manager, customer success functions across the organization. Full responsibilities on recruitment, onboarding and mentoring new team members . At least 50% hands-on responsibilities; For that mission youll need: Bachelor's degree in computer science / software Engineering; At least 2/3 years experience as R&D Manager TL; Background Professional experience with C# or / and C++ technologies; Working in a global environment Ability to manage pressure & setbacks . Ability to adapt & respond to change in a very fast pace environment Fluent in English. Nice to have skills: Linux Operating System/Cloud experience; Experience in Telecommunications domain (GSM/UMTS) /VoIP, 3G, 4G, 5G.
