Job Description This will be a production team lead scope meaning the TL will need to maintain his daily productivity goals side by side maintaining the teams productivity Use the client portal to document the information of patients in terms of their medical insurance, records, bills. Categorize and make inputs of information according to the guidelines from client. Calculating bills, pricing and documenting them within the given timeline. Document/reserve information in a spreadsheet as well. Send information to patients/requesters in PDF format as required. Maintain clear information, both verbally and in writing to patients that ensures thorough understanding. Meet daily targets as assigned and ensure error-free work and full attendance. Report to the manager/client about any escalations. Proactive communication and problem solving personnel. Qualifications Graduate from any University Additional Information Salary Budget: As per industry Standards. 5-8 Lakh pa. Experience level: minimum 2-3 years.
