This role is crucial for driving our brand's visibility and engagement through traditional marketing channels. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and growth across India. Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end offline campaigns, including events, activations, and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIs. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of ROI. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, translating data into actionable strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing to ensure a unified approach to brand messaging. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in offline marketing, with a proven track record in leading Pan India campaigns. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior.
