- Job Location: Moradabad U.P Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) Experience: 3+ years We are seeking an ambitious and energetic "Social Media Manager" to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, driving audience engagement, and increasing brand awareness. What you will be doing Understanding our social portfolio in-depth, set branding strategies & targets and lay out a detailed plan on how you will achieve those targets. Brand amplification strategies using organic social techniques. Brand amplification strategies using paid social techniques. What You Wont Be Doing Setting your own targets and failing to achieve; we wont believe in excuses; set your own standard and do everything to achieve. Depending on the senior team to chase you; we are looking for someone who is responsible. Passive or reactive working; we expect you to be proactive; generally, responsible teammates are. Dont expect we will spoon-feed you in anything. Feel free to discuss and set your own directions. Qualifications & Experience A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or higher. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing organic and paid Social Media campaign with a proven track record. Nice-to-have Requirements Understanding & experience of external tools like e.g. Sales Navigator; automation & reporting tools. Exposure to international culture especially the United Kingdom.
