- Job Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Executive - Solution Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in market analysis within domains such as Finance or Fintech, with a strong focus on understanding product differentiation and customer needs. This role requires deep analysis of the intricacies of solutions, employing "use case" methodology to detail products, and applying both relational and object-oriented thinking to ensure comprehensive and effective solution designs. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis within the Finance/Fintech domain, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Product/Customer Differentiation: Analyze and understand the differentiation of products and customers within the market, identifying unique selling propositions and areas for improvement. Detailed Analysis: Perform a deep dive into the nuts and bolts of products and solutions, ensuring a thorough understanding of all components. Use Case Development: Develop and document "use cases" to detail the functionalities and benefits of products and solutions, ensuring they meet customer and market needs. Relational Thinking: Apply relational thinking to assess the cause-effect relationships between different modules within a solution, ensuring that all components work harmoniously. Object-Oriented Thinking: Use object-oriented thinking to structure and design solutions that are modular, scalable, and maintainable. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferably. Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution analysis, market analysis, or a related field, with a focus on Finance or Fintech. Skills: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics in the Finance/Fintech domain. Ability to identify and articulate product and customer differentiation. Experience with "use case" development for detailing product and solution functionalities. Proficiency in relational and object-oriented thinking for solution design. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.,
