Summary of Role What You Will Be Doing: Manage and mentor a team of 10+ highly skilled engineers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. Lead the design and development of scalable applications using modern frameworks like Node.js and React.js, leveraging micro-frontend architecture for modularity. Spearhead the implementation of solutions on Kubernetes (K8), AWS cloud using MongoDB, Elastic Cache, and Kafka, ensuring robust and future-ready systems. Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define and execute the technology roadmap, translating business goals into technical milestones. Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery with proper resource allocation and risk management. Partner with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Define engineering standards, enforce best practices in code quality, and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines. Build a robust technical career path for team members, address performance issues proactively, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability. Architect scalable microservices, enhance system performance, and ensure high availability in production. Key Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier institute (IIT, NIT, or equivalent). 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong background in Node.js, React.js, and micro-frontends. 3+ years of experience leading teams of 10+ engineers, including mentoring and resource planning. Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems using Kubernetes (K8) and cloud platforms like AWS. In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Elastic Cache, and Kafka for database and messaging solutions. Strong understanding of scalable architecture patterns and performance optimization. A track record of defining and delivering technical and product roadmaps, managing cross-team dependencies, and aligning with business priorities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with product managers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. Strong leadership with experience in team building, performance management, and fostering professional growth within teams. Experience in implementing observability and monitoring tools for large-scale systems.,
