Job Description

Good understanding of Jigs-&-fixture-design-principle. Sound knowledge in degree-of-freedom & 3-2-1-principle-of-fixture-design. Working experience in 5th-axis-fixture-design Thorough knowledge in GD&T, Working knowledge on Stack-up Tolerances. Jig/ Fixture Design for Machining and Assembly processes. Complete understanding of Engineering drawings with respect to Machining Processes. Complete Proficiency on use of 2D/ 3D CAD softwares especially NX/ AutoCAD for Fixture/ Jig Design activities. Working knowledge on Machining Processes prove-out.,
