- Experience Level: Entry-level (Freshers Welcome) About the Role: We are looking for a Field Service Engineer Trainee to join our team and develop expertise in medical device installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to build a career in the medical devices industry. The trainee will receive hands-on training and mentorship while assisting in servicing medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices. Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in medical equipment. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and performance checks. Support customers by providing basic training on equipment usage and care. Maintain service logs and documentation as per company and regulatory standards. Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations related to medical devices. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Travel to customer sites for on-site service and support. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field. Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about medical devices. Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
