Gender: Female Only.
Experience: 6 months -5 Yrs
Location: Mumbai (Thane)
Salary: Upto 20k.
Role and Responsibility:
*Attend calls from customer & understand their requirement.
*After understanding the customer requirement give them a solution.
*If solution is not sufficient through phone call, send query to Hardware Or Software Guy.
*Also if the customer query is about courier status them let them know & also inform to dispatch team.
*Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.
*Handle calls on IVR System.
*Make sure about customer satisfaction.
*Quick response to customer
*Making report as suggested from Senior.
*Basic greetings skill on phone.
*Other tasks as assigned.
