The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of blockchain technology, project management principles, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:* Manage the end-to-end execution of blockchain projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Stay updated with blockchain trends and recommend innovations that align with company goals. Maintain clear documentation of project workflows, progress reports, and technical specifications. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. Ensure compliance with relevant blockchain regulations and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications:* 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in blockchain or related technologies. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
