    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to our sales strategy, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support the adoption of our EHR solutions by healthcare providers and organizations. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for connecting with potential clients in the healthcare sector. Role: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Ahmedabad, GJ Shift: Evening Shift (5 PM) Key Responsibilities: Lead Identification: Research and identify healthcare providers, clinics, and organizations that can benefit from our EHR solutions using various channels such as social media, industry directories, and healthcare networks. Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone calls, and other communication methods to introduce Meditab Softwares EHR solutions. Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs, practice size, and readiness to adopt an EHR solution. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with our business goals and product offerings. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of lead generation activities and identify areas for improvement. Market Research: Stay informed about US healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine lead targeting strategies. Pipeline Support: Assist in nurturing leads through the sales funnel, ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team. Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Analytical skills to evaluate lead generation performance and optimize strategies. A proactive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
