Job Description
- Position Summary: CTO-Product management leader will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of IPs / Products (Ideate, POC, Pilot, Productize, Industrialize, Monetize, Support, and Enhance). This role need to tech enable the GTM Services, Co-create IPs with Alliances, Build unique products / platforms, and Create joint GTM solutions with strategic alliances; to enable Business growth. Key Responsibilities: Leading product management team to define and deliver products / platforms (IPs) that meet customer needs and business needs / goals. Developing and Executing product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements. Collaborating with cross functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment and effective product delivery. Defining and tracking KPIs to measure product (IP) success. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Managing and prioritizing product backlogs and making trade-off decisions. Communicating product plans, progress, and changes to stake holders. Fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvements. Hiring, mentoring, and developing product engineering / management talents. Staying up to date with industry trends, technologies, and product management best practices. Other desired attributes: 10+ Years experience in Software product management, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Excellent product sense, market understanding, and customer empathy. Ability to balance business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints. Experience in Agile development methodologies and product management tools. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, client management, project / program management, Inter-personal, Collaboration, and Problem-solving skills. Proven track record in handling Global clients, driving growth / innovation / collaboration.,
