JD - Business Manager / Product Manager Job Purpose A Business Manager / Product Manager owns the complete responsibility for the performance of the Product Category / Brand. Responsibilities Plan, own and achieve sales targets for the concerned brands and product categories and deliver consistent results Deliver majority share of business of the Brands and Product Categories Deliver commercial excellence in brand management including Achievement of Sell-in / Sell-out targets, Inventory management, Ageing Stock, GP Profitability etc as per defined guidelines Devise and Execute Marketing Activities to increase visibility, awareness and lead generation for the Brand / Product Categories Develop close Vendor relationships with Key Management, Sales Managers, Pre-Sales and Operations Teams Engage and develop close relationships with Key customers Keep apprised of market trends, dynamics, competition brands and distribution activities Manage operations such as Price Lists, Vendor and Customer PO booking, Stock Allocation, Stock Transfers, and Reporting requirements of the brand with the help of the backend team. Requirement Any Graduate/MBA from a well-known institute/ university 2+ years of relevant experience Excel experience Excellent communication skills, well-versed with recent commercial & marketing trends Domain Business/ Brand/ Product experience in at least one or more domains of Networking, Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Safety, or any other IT related Industry. Effectively manage vendor / partner relationships Ability to manage sales team / pre sales team across the country. Ability to take responsibility of the profitability of the Business / Brand. Manage and plan the inventory as required. Other Requirements In The Order Of Importance.
