Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Deputy General Manager of Sales. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and driving sales goals. Day-to-day tasks will include strategizing and implementing sales plans, managing team performance, and handling general management duties to meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Customer Satisfaction Experience in General Management and Team Management Strong Customer Service background Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the home interiors or similar industry is an advantage,
