Position: Legal Sales and Marketing Head Experience: 10+ Years Location: Mumbai WFO This position is pivotal in driving the sales and promotion of our products and services. Primary responsibility will be to lead the Marketing and Sales Department by designing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Sales and Marketing Head Devise and oversee the marketing and sales policies, goals, and initiatives of the organization. Lead and manage the sales and marketing functions, ensuring alignment with sales plans and marketing strategies to attain sales and branding targets. Take charge of department-wide initiatives, setting goals and crafting new strategic plans to achieve them. Develop functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function, while also establishing budgets, policies, and procedures. Requirements Bachelors degree with a track record of successful sales (Relevant Qualifications In Law Preferred). Demonstrated achievements in enterprise-level software sales. Minimum of 10 years" experience in successful relationship-building and direct/partnered sales. Background in IT infrastructure, with preference for SaaS expertise. Prior exposure to Legal Tech industry is advantageous.,
