    JD of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ABOUT THE EMPLOYER: Ray Architects & Varnam Interiors RAY Architects a DESIGN & BUILD organization with its interior design arm Varnam Interiors delivers unique projects irrespective of the nature and type of the development, be it Residential (or) Apartments/individual luxury bungalows, Commercial spaces like, Hotels, Malls, Resorts, Hospitals and Industries. The building will reflect the personality and uniqueness of the client. It has a passion driven team considering the clients dream as a main design element. Job summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities for the Design Build & Interior design firms. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and relationship building to drive growth and revenue. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and top management & other stake holders to achieve organizational objectives. Brief Deliverables : 1. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities 2. Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives 3. Identify new business areas and partnerships to expand the firm's portfolio 4. Pitch business internationally and establish necessary networks 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders. 6. Identify and attend appropriate industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and foster relationships 7. Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and presentations to potential clients and partners. 8. Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and managing the sales process 9. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance QUALIFICATION: Master's degree in Business Administration from reputed institutions like IIMs. Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry or a related field. Strong understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
