Job Description: In-house Structural Designer Location:Indore Experience - Min 5 Years Qualification:- 1. M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 5 years of experience in structural design of multi storeyed buildings. Key responsibilities :- 1. Develop and oversee structural designs for projects ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 sq ft, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. 2. Detail estimation of structure would be an added advantage. 3. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural elements into overall project designs. 4. Conduct structural analysis using appropriate software to ensure safety, stability, and performance of structures. 5. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for projects. 6. Perform site inspections and coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. 7. Address design challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. 8. Proficiency in latest structural design software. 9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
