- Company Description Shilton Hospitality LLP is a diverse hospitality company with business hotels, resto-bars, catering facilities, music festivals, and leisure resorts. Role Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Manager to oversee the smooth operation of events and banquets at our venue. As the Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, from planning to execution, while maintaining a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise banquet events, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and assist with menu selections, dcor, and layout. Lead a team of banquet staff, ensuring proper training, motivation, and adherence to service standards. Oversee event setup, ensuring everything is in place before the event begins, including tables, linens, audio-visual equipment, and decorations. Work closely with the culinary and operations team to ensure timely preparation and service of food and beverages. Monitor event progress, ensuring all service timelines are met and issues are addressed quickly. Maintain clear communication with guests and event organizers to ensure expectations are met. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management for banquet events. Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality management role. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently. Knowledge of event planning, food and beverage operations, and customer service excellence.,
