Job Description
- Job Title: Assistant Manager, Adobe QA Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate Joiners ONLY Experience : 6-10 years Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Testing: Lead the QA team in testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign implementations. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Perform functional, regression, system integration, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality and compliance standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Collaboration & Process Improvement Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability. Participate in code reviews and provide QA best practices to improve product quality. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes and frameworks. Team Management & Leadership Mentor and train junior QA team members. Provide guidance on best practices for testing and quality assurance. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Reporting & Communication Communicate test results, findings, and quality reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of issues. Required Skills & Experience 6-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, with a focus on Adobe Campaign & Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong understanding of Adobe Campaign, AEM, and their functionalities. Hands-on experience with QA tools, test automation, and defect tracking tools. Experience in API testing, performance testing, and database testing. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relational databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.). Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and experience in handling client interactions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
