Job Description

Experience required: 6-7 years in automobile, OEM, auto paint industry Duties & Responsibilities: -You will lead a team of Sales managers in a given territory to successfully achieve the allotted Sales Target in the beginning of the financial year. Your duties shall consist of creating sales, securing as well as execution of orders and render after sales service of our products directly and or through Distributors / Dealers network through sales manager. You shall also keep your sales team / managers motivated and keep a track of their working and meeting sales targets. Sales managers will submit prescribed monthly summary reports to you and you will be responsible to management for the completion of sales targets. In performing the above duties you may / will be required to travel all over India and your expenses shall be paid as per outstation Travelling Guidelines laid down by the management from time to time.
