Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled AV Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of audio-visual projects across corporate, education, hospitality, and other sectors. The candidate should have expertise in AV integration, installation, commissioning, and project coordination while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Lead and manage end-to-end AV projects, ensuring timely completion. Develop and maintain project plans. Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to align project objectives. Ensure projects comply with AVIXA, and industry standards. Technical Expertise & Design Oversight Review and approve AV designs, schematics, drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Work closely with design engineers to ensure optimal AV system functionality and performance. Stay updated with new technologies in AV, control systems, and networking Installation & Commissioning Supervision Supervise and guide on-site teams during AV installation, testing, and commissioning. Ensure AV equipment like LED displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, control systems, and audio DSPs are properly integrated and functional. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Vendor & Resource Management Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for procurement and installation. Ensure resource availability and proper allocation of manpower. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates. Conduct project review meetings, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction. Provide training and handover documentation upon project completion. Key Requirements Educational Qualification Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field. Diploma/Certification in AV technologies is an added advantage. Technical Skills & Certifications CTS Certification (Required); CTS-D / CTS-I is a plus. Knowledge of AV equipment, control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX), digital audio (Dante, Q-SYS), and networking. Familiarity with AV standards like AVIXA, AQAV Etc Soft Skills Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
