Position-General Secretary Stipend-UNPAID Role: The General Secretary serves as the admin for the particular State/Society and is responsible for managing the organizations administrative functions, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining records. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. Ensure the efficient management of tasks. Maintain accurate records of meetings, including minutes of the general meetings. Ensure that all organizational documents are properly filed and accessible. Facilitate communication between the Core, and Interns. Plan and coordinate organizational meetings, events, and activities. Provide administrative support to the Core of the State/Society, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas. Ensure that all the members have the information and resources they need to make informed decisions. Manage relationships with the organizations members, ensuring their engagement and participation. Maintain an up-to-date membership database. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Uphold and promote the ethical standards of the organization.
