General Information Manage and direct all aspects of sales within the Business Division for India, including quotations, contracts, pricing, receivables, credit/debit processing, budgeting, forecasting and strategy. Support KAM, as necessary, in customer meetings and executing their actions Your Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy, Pricing, supporting price negotiations, helping profitability through price increases. Market Development: Market Mapping, Tracking and analysis of sales figures. Enquiry and Quotations: Plausibility check of incoming RFQs, Co-ordination of quotes within Schaeffler India team and Global teams to meet customer expectations, price finalization. Reconcilation of costs, Schaeffler Price vs Market Prices, offering appropriate prices to KAMs and customers. Contracts and Agreements: Coordination and approval of business points in the customer contracts. Co-ordination of Risk Level Assessment for new projects. Strong collaboration with GKAM / KAM team in order to connect with decision makers / stakeholders and conduct Product promotion for all powertrain Typologies. Deriving synergies with common customers across BD Powertrain Solutions, Engine & Transmission and Chassis Grow strategic segments Medium/Heavy Duty, Off-Road, 2-Wheeler and New Mobility Player. Maximize Opportunity Pipeline & Order Intake Secure sustainable profitability levels Your Qualifications Minimum fifteen years of work experience. Four year degree in business or engineering. Previous work experience as an automotive account manager or sales manager.
