Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Design Department for Concrete Machinery at Elsa Concreting Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. located in Jabalpur. The role involves overseeing the design team, managing design projects, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to product design decisions. Qualifications Design Management Visual Design and Product Design skills Experience in same field Ability to lead a design team and manage design projects Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field,
