Company Description Outright Solar provides Design & Engineering services (PV + BESS + EVCS) to EPCs, Developers, Installers, and Contractors. They handle all technical drawings, documentation & project management for project proposals, permits, approvals, construction & As-Builts. Their design experience ranges from small-scale residential projects to large-scale utility projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in the Zirakpur, Mohali district. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for team leadership, Design & Engineering, team development, project management, and integration on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Engineering Management and Project Management skills Team Leadership & Integration skills Experience in Design & Engineering (PV + BESS + EVCS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,
