Job Description
- Mathabhanga Detergents & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Fulbari Office is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure a smooth supply chain while optimizing costs and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and service. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs and specifications. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders and supplier agreements. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Resolve supplier-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies in deliveries. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
