We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatching of goods, managing billing processes, and maintaining optimal store inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: Dispatching of Goods: Oversee and manage the dispatching of goods as per customer orders. Ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality. Billing: Handle the billing process for goods dispatched, ensuring all invoices are accurate and issued promptly. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner to meet customer demand and operational needs. Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team, drivers, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Order Tracking: Track and manage customer orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, resolving any issues that may arise. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including shipment details, invoices, and inventory updates. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of dispatchers and warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of billing processes and ensuring accuracy in invoicing. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
