She / He will be responsible for handling and following up on all sales inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and contributing to the companys growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on all sales inquiriesboth generated and newly incoming. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business goals. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Pipe Fittings Manufacturing Sector. Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a Sales Officer role. Age: 30 years or older (Mandatory). Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must. Proven ability to handle, track, and follow up on sales inquiries. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
