Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on tour packages, driving sales, and fostering long-term customer relationships. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in the travel industry with competitive earnings and performance-based incentives. Job Responsibilities: Sales & Consultation: Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable tour packages. Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and social media, and convert them into bookings. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with travelers to ensure repeat business. Market Research: Stay updated with travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Negotiation & Pricing: Offer the best travel deals while ensuring profitability. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 0-2 years in sales, preferably in travel/tourism. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome! Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi. Sales Acumen: Passion for sales with a customer-first approach. Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
