Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
