Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Nagercoil. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering exclusive, tailor-made travel experiences, maintaining exceptional levels of client satisfaction, and promoting the travel services that define our client's prestigious brand. Ideal candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a strong ability to anticipate client needs, ensuring every journey exceeds expectations. They should be results-driven, adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide personalized travel consultations, aligning itineraries with clients" preferences and budgets Research and recommend accommodations, private tours, transportation, and exclusive experiences Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations,transfers, and special activities Ensure all bookings are accurate and align with clients" expectations Cultivate relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other partners to secure exclusive deals and insights Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Maintained meticulous records of bookings, preferences, and client feedback. Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure profitability. Requirements Any bachelor's degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of geographies and operating systems (ticketing booking system). Minimum experience/ Freshers can apply Proven ability to design and execute high-end, personalised travel experiences knowledge in travel booking platforms Strong command of MS Office Suite Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities,
