Job Description
- Identify and Recruit Potential Advisors (Ex: House Wife, Retired Person, Government Employees, Students, etc.)
- Provide training and monitor Development needs of advisors in the team, Provide feedback on advisors performance.
- Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team
- Provide Leadership and management to the team of advisors
- Achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
- Communication:
- Active Listening: Understand customer needs and concerns thoroughly.
- Clear and Concise Explanations: Explain complex insurance concepts in a way that customers can easily understand.
- Persuasive Communication: Effectively present the benefits of ICICI Prudential products and services.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Building Rapport: Establish trust and build strong relationships with clients.
- Empathy and Understanding: Show genuine concern for your clients' financial situations and goals.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle objections and concerns professionally and constructively.
- Sales Skills:
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of ICICI Prudential's insurance products and their features.
- Presentation Skills: Effectively present insurance solutions to clients.
- Closing Skills: Successfully convert leads into sales.

- Time Management: Effectively manage your time and workload to meet sales targets.
- Organization: Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients promptly.
- Adaptability: Be able to adjust your approach based on different customer personalities and situations.
