    Job Overview Decorate Blinds is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Kozhikode, Kerala. The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing all human resources functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the companys growth. This is an in-office position requiring a proactive individual with 2-3 years of HR experience, ready to contribute to our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives. Drive initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture. 2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and fill critical positions promptly. 3. Employee Engagement and Relations Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention. Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair resolutions. 4. Performance Management Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee productivity. Provide training and support to managers on conducting effective performance reviews. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. 6. Compliance and Policy Management Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the nutraceutical industry. Regularly update and communicate HR policies to reflect changes in legislation or company requirements. 7. Training and Development Identify training needs and organize development programs to upskill employees. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. 8. HR Data and Analytics Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics for reporting purposes. Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making. 9.
