The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in social studies to our secondary school students. This position is based in Kalyan and offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about education to engage with a dynamic and committed team. The role involves creating impactful lesson plans, managing classroom environments, and assessing student performance to foster an effective learning atmosphere. Qualifications And Skills Possess strong teaching skills with the ability to convey concepts effectively within the classroom environment. Demonstrated expertise in Social Studies with a comprehensive understanding of relevant curriculum content and standards. Proficient in lesson planning to ensure structured and engaging classes that cater to diverse learning needs. Highly skilled in classroom management, maintaining discipline and fostering a positive educational atmosphere. Experience in curriculum development to create enriching educational experiences for students. Aptitude in student assessment techniques, capable of evaluating academic performance objectively and constructively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents. Adaptability to varied educational settings and challenges, demonstrating flexibility in teaching methods. Roles And Responsibilities Deliver well-prepared and structured social studies lessons to secondary school students. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and cater to diverse student learning styles. Manage classroom behaviour to create a safe and productive learning environment. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and examinations. Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences. Provide feedback and support to students to foster their academic growth and development. Collaborate with other faculty members to plan and coordinate educational programs and initiatives. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on current educational practices and methodologies.,
