Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance closure for labor laws, statutory requirements, and contractor workforce management. Oversee card-wise physical wages sheet operation to ensure accurate wage disbursement. Handle employee grievances, dispute resolution, and workforce discipline. Coordinate onboarding, training, and exit formalities for site employees. Maintain statutory records, audits, and documentation for labor compliance. Collaborate with site management for workforce planning and productivity tracking. Must-Have Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor compliance closure and site HR policies.
