- Company Description:- Adceptive Media LLC is seeking a full-time on-site Graphic Designer cum video Editor Expert to join our team in Mohali. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our marketing communications (social media, digital ads, corporate communication, collateral, etc.) look great, and are consistent with brand guidelines. We need you to have an ace aesthetic, new ideas, and the ability to make anything and everything look good. Were not looking for somebody to just execute but also contribute; were looking for good input and for you to supplement larger marketing pieces with your skills and ideas. Primary Purpose:- The role involves strategic planning and collaboration across departments to deliver innovative, creative solutions that align with client needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development team, monitoring industry trends and enhancing the companys digital media offerings. Additionally, the role requires coordination across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Key Responsibilities:- Develop fact-driven, engaging ideas for campaigns and pitches. Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution with external partners collaborating with third-party partners (directors, producers, vendors), conducting brand and competitor research, and driving creative brainstorming sessions. Ensure innovative digital media solutions to enhance team performance. Conduct brand and competitor research, staying updated with industry trends. Analyze target audience demographics and media habits to shape creative solutions. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns. Recommend effective digital platforms for message delivery based on reach and budget. Create appealing content for target audiences. Provide insights to improve SEO rankings for campaigns. Skills:-Creative writing, copywriting, scriptwriting, proofreading Required minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.,
