    Job Title: Sales and Marketing Head Seamless Stainless Tubes & Pipes Location: Baroda Department: Sales and Marketing Reports to: Managing Director / Senior Management Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Head will be responsible for driving the domestic and international sales of seamless stainless tubes and pipes. This role involves business development, establishing partnerships with new institution stockists, and managing the end-to-end coordination with the production team. The candidate will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to expand market presence, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in domestic and international markets. Identify and build relationships with new institution stockists, distributors, and clients in target markets. Drive sales performance, meet or exceed sales targets, and manage key accounts. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies. Generate new leads and explore untapped markets for business expansion. Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes. Develop branding initiatives and maintain a strong brand presence in target markets. Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online presence and lead generation. Coordination with Production: Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products according to customer requirements. Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with sales demand and forecasts. Address any issues related to production delays, quality, or logistics to maintain client satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stockists, providing exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and changing customer preferences. Analyze sales data, forecasts, and trends to make informed business decisions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business growth strategies. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and performance expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes or related industries. Proven experience in domestic and international sales, with a successful track record of business development. Strong understanding of the manufacturing process, production coordination, and supply chain management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
