Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NOC Shift Manager to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The NOC Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the NOC during assigned shifts, ensuring the continuous monitoring and management of our network infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to manage and resolve network issues effectively. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (9+ years) in network operations or NOC environments, with hands-on experience in network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting. Technical proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios,Logic Monitor, PRTG, Solarwinds and others) and familiarity with network protocols and technologies. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously. Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to urgent network issues during shift hours. Knowledge of ITIL framework and experience with IT service management practices preferred. Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CompTIA Network+, REHL System Administrator are a plus. ITIL Foundation certification. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.,
