Business Unit Overview Working as a full time IT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for following the technical direction and implementation of the enterprise network administrator/engineering environment. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Have good experience on maintaining and monitoring of network administration and engineering practices in the areas of Network security, routing protocols and switching technologies. Ability to analyze, develop, test, optimize and deliver solutions to improve processes and Infrastructure as code automation practices with quality Ensure integrity and security of networking through regular patch management Understand and participation in Disaster recovery tests Perform technical reviews of deploy guides, code and documentations Provide innovative solution to complex technical problems and drive towards solutions Focus on deepening expertise aligned to business needs Learn, use and conduct technical trainings Mentor junior team members Effective communication across IT Teams Provide support on critical network systems in an on-call rotation Ensure adherence to standards and policies of the organization Required Position Qualifications Full Time Bachelor's degree 5 to 7 years of relevant experience working in a network administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated, disciplined and self-directed Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead projects Willingness to work a flexible scheduling, including on call rotations Preferred Position Qualifications Have strong understanding of Networking firewall, Routing, Switching and wireless Hands on experience with Palo Alto firewall, Cisco routing and switching Experience with Meraki wireless and Azure Networking is a plus Willingness to learn and adopting growth mindset Scripting knowledge (Python / Ansible / Terraform) will be an added advantage Good to have Certifications: CCNP/PCNSE Experience:5+ Years Job Location:Bangalore, India Working as a full time IT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for following the technical direction and implementation of the enterprise network administrator/engineering environment.,
